It begins with a short conversation and a survey of the existing estate. We ask what the systems do today, who operates them, and what outcome would count as success. From that survey we write a blueprint with a phased plan, a cost envelope and a risk register, and we review it with you before any engineering time is committed. For a small integration the survey may take only a few days, while a full platform programme may spend several weeks gathering the same picture in more detail.
Yes. Our workshop is in Handan, China, and we collaborate remotely with clients in other regions using scheduled calls and shared documents, travelling on site when a phase genuinely benefits from physical presence. Working hours overlap comfortably with partners across Asia and can be arranged for other time zones by agreement. All project communication is conducted in English.
Yes, and it is one of our most common engagements. We begin by reading and instrumenting what exists, documenting the interfaces and dependencies that are currently implicit, and identifying the parts that are fragile. We then propose either stabilisation or a staged replacement, whichever the evidence supports. You keep ownership of the estate throughout, and every finding is written down so that knowledge does not depend on any single person staying in the room.
