Every Line Designed Every Kite Flown Every System Held on Course

HANDAN WOKUAI TRADING CO., LTD. is a computer integrated systems design house working out of a converted paper kite workshop at No 14 Jiu An Road, Nanbo Village, Hesha Town, Hanshan District, Handan, 056000, China (CN). We build the connective tissue that lets separate software, hardware and data services behave like one carefully balanced machine.

Our practice sits inside the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector, and our whole method borrows from the kite maker: choose the right frame, tension every line, bend only where the wind demands, and let the finished system fly steadily in conditions you cannot control. Nothing leaves the workshop until it holds its line under real weather.

From a single integration to a full multi-year platform programme, we treat every engagement as a build with a visible plan, a measured line, and a small crew that stays accountable from first sketch to final flight.

The Rack of Six

Each kite on this rack stands for one discipline we practise. The silhouettes differ because the work differs, yet every one of them is strung the same way: measured, tested, and handed over with a line the client can hold. Read the cards, then follow any service through to its full page.

Systems Blueprint and Design

We map the whole estate before a single component is chosen, drawing the seams between applications, networks and data stores so that every later decision has a reference point. The blueprint becomes the shared language for vendors, internal teams and auditors alike.

Every design carries an explicit failure model, so resilience is designed in rather than bolted on. Read the full service

W2

Platform Integration Engineering

We connect packaged systems, custom services and legacy endpoints through governed interfaces, replacing brittle point-to-point wiring with contracts that survive upgrades. Message schemas, retries and reconciliation are specified before the first connector is deployed.

Integration work ships with monitoring and rollback plans attached. Read the full service

W3

Cloud Migration and Operations

We move workloads onto cloud platforms in planned waves, sizing landing zones, identity boundaries and cost guardrails ahead of the cutover. Operations then settle into runbooks, alerting thresholds and routine reviews that keep spend and risk visible.

Migration finishes with a documented steady state, not a launch party. Read the full service

W4

Workflow Automation Systems

We turn recurring manual routines into monitored automated flows with clear ownership, approvals and exception paths. The goal is not to remove people from the process but to free them from the parts a machine should already handle.

Automation is benchmarked against the manual baseline it replaces. Read the full service

W5

Data Telemetry Pipelines

We build collection and transport paths that gather operational signals from scattered systems and land them where decisions are actually made. Schemas, retention and lineage stay documented so the numbers can be trusted and traced.

Pipelines are load tested before they are declared live. Read the full service

Security and Compliance Advisory

We review architecture, identity, patching and data handling against the obligations that actually apply to the business, then help close the gaps in priority order. Findings are written for both engineers and leadership, with owners and dates attached.

Advisory work ends in a tracked remediation plan, never a loose report. Read the full service

A workshop where systems are strung, tested and flown

HANDAN WOKUAI TRADING CO., LTD. was founded on a simple observation: most technology programmes fail not because the individual parts are weak, but because nobody owns the lines that connect them. A database runs well until it must feed a reporting layer. A cloud platform runs well until identity has to span two vendors. A security control works until a new integration quietly routes around it. Our workshop exists to own those lines.

We work in the computer integrated systems design discipline, which means we are comfortable at the level of a full architecture and at the level of a single message schema. Our Systems Blueprint and Design practice produces the drawings. Our Platform Integration Engineering practice makes the drawings real. Our Cloud Migration and Operations practice moves and then keeps the platform running. Our Workflow Automation Systems practice removes friction from the routines that surround all of it. Our Data Telemetry Pipelines practice gives the operation its eyes. And our Security and Compliance Advisory practice keeps every line within the bounds the business has agreed to respect.

That sequence is deliberate. A kite that is drawn before its frame is chosen will not fly, and a system that is automated before it is observable will punish the team that inherits it. We therefore insist on a blueprint stage even for short engagements, and we refuse to hand over an integration without a monitoring story attached.

A well-built system should behave like a well-built kite: light enough to move with changing conditions, strong enough to hold shape in a gust, and predictable enough that the person holding the string always knows what the line is doing.

Our clients tend to be organizations that have already invested in several platforms and now need those platforms to cooperate. They arrive with a mixture of on-premise systems, software as a service products, a data warehouse that has grown organically, and a rising expectation from leadership that everything should report cleanly. We bring order to that mixture without demanding a total replacement, because replacement is expensive and rarely the shortest path to a working whole.

Engagements typically begin with two to three weeks of discovery, during which we interview system owners, read existing documentation where it exists, and instrument what we can observe. We then deliver a blueprint with a phased plan, a cost envelope and a risk register. Only after that document is reviewed do we commit engineering time, so the build is never guessing at its own purpose.

The workshop itself is small by design. Our engineers each carry at most two active builds, which lets them stay close to the details and answer questions without delegating context away. When a project needs a specialist skill we do not hold, we bring in a vetted partner under our own accountability, and the client still deals with one crew.

How the work is organised

Discovery before design

We begin every relationship by learning the existing estate, the people who operate it and the constraints that surround it. The output is a written blueprint with a phased plan, a cost envelope and a risk register, reviewed with the client before any engineering hour is booked. This front load is what keeps later stages short.

Build with measured lines

During delivery we track a visible checklist of interfaces, environments and acceptance tests. Each line on that checklist belongs to a named owner, and nothing is declared complete until it has been demonstrated in the environment where it will actually run. Progress is reported in plain language, not dashboards alone.

Handover that holds its line

We finish with runbooks, monitoring definitions and a short training window for the team that will operate the result. A system handed over without these is only half delivered, so we treat documentation and observability as deliverables in their own right, not as optional extras.
